Love Music Hate Racism

Saturday 23 August 12noon-9pm

LMHR will be co-organising this day of music and fun in Todmorden with a group of local people continuing the tradition of a summer carnival in the town organised in previous years by local Greenpeace members.

The carnival will be themed as a day of multicultural unity and anti-racism in this Lancashire town which is directly between Burnley and Halifax with their BNP councillors, a town which itself has seen Nazi activity in recent years.
