Opening Night - Thursday 8th July 2004

Camp Actor (live)
This London-based electro explosion return to the live arena in support of their amazing ‘Semi-Detached Soul’ EP (Press Industries) which recently hit number 12 in the official Dance Music Charts. Much-lauded by Xfm, Radio 1 and Juice FM as well as setting alight clubs such as Nag Nag Nag, Fesh, Kosmiche, Sick Love and Intensive Care, this lot have rightfully earned the respect and valuable deck-time of DJs ranging from Ladytron, Larry Tee, Disastronaut, Punks Jump Up and Jagz Kooner. So good that both Jockey Slut and Seven reviewed their EP twice in successive weeks, the latter giving it 5/5 both times! Don’t miss them. Camp Actor will be appearing on the forthcoming ‘Electronic Bible’ compilation along with Large Number, Kings Have Long Arms, Relaxed Muscle et al and release their debut album in the autumn.

The Darts (live)
Think Aretha Franklin having a fight with Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, these indie girls have got soul.

The Inside (live)

Plus Special Guest DJ’s:

Declan Allen (Intensive Care)
Columbia Road (Collars ‘N’ Cuffs)
M o l a (Kraked) - Ska/Reggae set
Ben Smith (love.is.audio.) - Northern Soul Set

Further guests TBC.

ALL PROFITS TO LOVE MUSIC HATE RACISM!
